Returns and Refund Policy

Buyers should report order issues as soon as possible from the order page or support channel. Storlio may request photos, delivery evidence, seller responses or other information needed to review the issue.

Refunds may be approved when an order cannot be fulfilled, a seller cancels, the wrong item is supplied, the item materially differs from the listing or delivery cannot be completed for a reason covered by Storlio review.

Returns may be required for eligible physical items before a refund is released. Items must be returned in the condition required by the seller and Storlio review, unless the issue makes return impossible or unnecessary.

Seller payouts may be held while a cancellation, return, refund or dispute is under review. Approved refunds are returned through the supported payment route where possible.
