Acceptable Use Policy

Storlio is a marketplace for legitimate product discovery, ordering and seller-customer communication. Sellers must list products they are legally allowed to sell and describe products truthfully.

Prohibited activity includes fraud, impersonation, misleading listings, unsafe goods, counterfeit products, illegal products, stolen goods, harassment, spam, money laundering, payment abuse and attempts to bypass marketplace protections.

Sellers are responsible for keeping stock, pricing, delivery details and return terms accurate. Storlio may remove listings, pause stores, hold payouts, request verification or close accounts that breach this policy.

Buyers and sellers must use Storlio in good faith. Abuse of refunds, disputes, wallets, promotions or support channels may lead to account restrictions.
