IMS Policy Statement

The Board and Management of Storlio is committed to preserving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of physical and electronic information assets throughout the organisation in order to preserve its operations, users, sellers, buyers, legal obligations, regulatory responsibilities, contractual commitments and reputation.

Storlio is committed to providing reliable services to users by aligning technology, security, operations and marketplace processes with business goals. Our processes are designed to support continuity, service management, cyber resilience, data protection and responsible use of platform information.

It is, therefore, Storlio’s policy to ensure:

  1. Storlio’s current strategy and management processes provide the context for identifying, assessing, evaluating and controlling information, process and service-related risks through the establishment and maintenance of internal controls.
  2. Business continuity, contingency planning, data backup, access control and security incident reporting are fundamental to this policy. All team members are responsible for reporting incidents through the proper channel.
  3. All team members and external parties identified within Storlio processes are expected to comply with this policy and may be required to receive or provide evidence of appropriate training.
  4. The management system shall be subject to continuous and systematic review with improvements adopted where necessary.
  5. Management is committed to continual improvement of security, service reliability and operational controls.
  6. Breach of this policy or security mechanism may warrant account, employment, contractor or legal action depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
